We are looking for a talented Financial Planning Manager to oversee financial planning activities for a market or category within a market. If you have strong analytical skills and a passion for finance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What Your Day Looks Like:

Support & Collaboration

• Assist the Finance & Business Organization with financial planning and reporting processes and questions within your assigned market or cluster.
• Lead the collection of business and financial assumptions from the market/category and ensure their accurate translation into financial information during financial cycles (actuals and forecast).
• Translate strategic and operational business plans into financial plans that support local market/category strategy.
• Ensure accurate and reliable financial statements and forecasts by overseeing day-to-day activities in financial planning and reporting.
  
  
  

Financial Planning and Forecasting

• Manage finance cycles (OB/RF) in collaboration with market management and Financial Controlling lead.
• Prepare scenarios and simulations to support decision-making, focusing on revenue management and investment prioritization.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to market, regional, and global finance teams.
• Assess impact and scenarios through modeling to support sound proposals and decision-making.
• Support KPI calculation and reporting, and manage the data collection process.
• Analyze deviations and provide comments for financial reporting.
  
  
  

Financial Reporting & Governance

• Drive efficient reporting processes and ensure adequate controls are established.
• Liaise with relevant functions for advanced analytics, reports, or changes in data structure.
• Ensure effective cooperation with the Controlling Process Governance team for reports, analysis, and ad hoc requests to support market demand.
• Share best practices and support the market in case of business model or process changes.
• Foster a dynamic, agile, talented team with strong business acumen and digital capabilities.
  
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree holder, CPA preferred with relevant work experience from large MNCs
• A high performer with strong analytical capabilities and broad finance knowledge (across P&L, BS, CF).
• Advanced business savviness, excellent communication skills, and strong prioritization skills.
• Proven leadership and process-related capabilities (engagement, proactivity, agility, solution orientation).
  
  
  

Work Schedule and Location:

• Generally Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days on-site.
• Based in BGC, Taguig and/or 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Offices of PMI Philippines.
