Overview
ISS STOXX FWW is looking for an analytically minded and technically savvy individual to join our growing Data Organization who is fluent in English language. Ideal candidates should have a high level of independent judgment, an incredible attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both in a team setting and autonomously.
In this role, you must also have a very good communication skills, both written and oral, and is able to express ideas and thoughts well. This is an ideal position for a person who is looking for a position that is going to be challenging, demand high performance, but will give them hands-on experience working with big data, and financial analytics.

Responsibilities
- Extracting key information from fund data and PDF documents such as annual reports, PRIIPs (Key Information Document), fact sheets
- Processing documents related to investment vehicles (ex: Mutual Funds, ETFs,)
- Repetitive data entry
- Special projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Math/Business or any equivalent is preferred, but also open to other courses
- 0-2 years of relevant experience with data entry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – with basic knowledge in Excel and Outlook
- A computer savvy, and possess the ability to learn new technology concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English language
- Ability to adapt to performing various and changing tasks throughout the workday
- Fluent in English language
- Amenable in working at Makati City on a mid shift schedule (3:00PM - 12:00AM Manila)
- Amenable to go on at least 2-months onsite training (5 days a week) prior to transitioning to hybrid working arrangement.
