We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Mall Manager to oversee the overall management, operations, and profitability of shopping mall. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the mall provides a high-quality retail experience for both tenants and customers.
This role requires strong operational expertise, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic commercial environment.

- Oversee day-to-day mall operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and parking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth operations.
- Coordinate with leasing teams to manage tenant onboarding, fit-outs, and move-ins/outs.
- Monitor tenant performance and address lease compliance issues.
- Prepare and manage the mall’s operational budget and expense controls.
- Monitor rental income, operational costs, and profitability.
- Approve expenditures and oversee vendor contracts.
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute mall promotions, events, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for shoppers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams for repair and upkeep of facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal condition of the mall premises.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in mall or commercial property management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of retail trends and tenant management practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
