We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Digital Designer - Digital Production Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead design projects from ideation through to execution, ensuring that all deliverables meet established goals and deadlines.
• Provide guidance and support to designers, helping them develop their skills and fostering an environment of continuous learning and creativity.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, brainstorm ideas, and develop concepts that align with marketing strategies.
• Develop and review design work, providing constructive feedback and ensuring that all designs are in accordance with department guidelines, compliance regulations, policies and procedures, polished and professionally presented.
• Conduct research on design trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to inspire innovative solutions and keep our work relevant.
• Take ownership by serving as the main point of contact for business partners, effectively managing assigned design projects. efficiencies.

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education - Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Extensive years of experience in an advertising / design agency environment / in-house creative team
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications
• Solid knowledge of web design HTML5, CSS, and web design principles
• Solid knowledge of motion graphics or video editing software
• Solid knowledge of print production
• Knowledge of emerging digital experience technologies is an advantage

Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
