Industrial Design Specialist

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Design Specialist to join our Design and Fabrication Team. This role is key in transforming ideas into innovative, functional, and manufacturable products. The ideal candidate will take part in the entire product development cycle—from concept and design to prototyping, testing, and production—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet both client needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to define product requirements and specifications
• Develop innovative concepts and convert them into 3D CAD models and technical drawings
• Conduct design feasibility analysis for manufacturing and assembly
• Perform product testing and validation for safety, reliability, and compliance
• Refine designs based on feedback from clients, testing, and production teams
• Coordinate with the production and fabrication teams to ensure cost-effective and scalable implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and emerging technologies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in product design, prototyping, and manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of materials and production processes
• Excellent communication skills—able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
