As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting data and providing logistics information and effective customer service to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and trace loads and update their status in the system, communicate and do follow-ups with carriers and drivers.
- Map and structure activities aligned with the company's Tech-Enabled Talent process.
- Make sure the updates provided to drivers and clients are on time with supervision that the freights are picked up and delivered in a proper way. Check the current location of drivers and check details such as transport temperature.
- Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS (Transport Management System). Make sure all loads are updated with complete and accurate information and documentation.
- Detect any issues that may arise in the logistics operation and ensure any deviance from the load plan is promptly communicated to adjust.
- Aid in any client concerns or issues when necessary.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.

- Studies: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in customer service is required. Experience in logistics is a plus.
- Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 7:00 pm to 5:00 am (EST) or Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Philippine Time). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.
