Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to delivery.

Resolve any issues related to orders promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of orders and inventory levels.
Implement best practices for order management systems.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 4 years' experience in order management or related field.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
