We are seeking a highly organized and precise Logistics Admin Specialist to ensure the efficient flow of daily logistics operations. This role is crucial for accurate data management, prompt order fulfillment, and seamless workflow execution. Prior logistics experience is a plus but not required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Convert documents (e.g., PDFs) into structured Excel spreadsheets efficiently and accurately.
  • Input orders and delivery details into CSR or logistics systems with precision
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date data files and records.
  • Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and tracking orders as needed.
  • Prepare and manage logistics documentation, such as purchase orders, bills of lading, or shipping notes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery updates and resolution of administrative issues.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to administrative workflows to boost accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an admin, data entry, or logistics support role
  • Strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with other office tools.
  • Clear, concise English communication (both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with overlap in U.S. hours
  • Logistics experience (such as familiarity with shipping documents or order tracking) is a strong plus.
