Key Responsibilities
- Community Management & Engagement (Monthly & Quarterly)
- Monthly Welfare Tasks:
- Manage and send birthday emails for VAs and staff.
- Coordinate birthday gifts, including details gathering, supplier outsourcing, and budget management.
- Oversee work anniversary celebrations, including gift card ordering and distribution.
- Quarterly Events (Face-to-face & Virtual):
- Assist in planning and executing major events like the Annual Big Event, Management Workshops, and Boot Camps.
- Handle event logistics, including venue and supplier sourcing, budget drafting, and supplier coordination.
- Provide support for virtual events and webinars, including proposal and preparation.
- Marketing & Content Creation
- Community Newsletter: Create and curate content for the monthly community newsletter.
- Student Place Social Media Management: Plan content, design graphics, and write captions for social media.
- Post-Event Management: Assist with post-event evaluations, liquidations, and content creation for social media and newsletters.
- On-site Recruitment: Support on-site recruitment drives, including venue arrangements, site/landing page creation, and content creation.
- HR & Administrative Support
- Partner Programs: Coordinate with partners like SUNLIFE for free webinars and financial consultations.
- Monthly Reward Program: Assist in program creation, awarding execution, and gift delivery.
- Telecounseling: Coordinate monthly content updates, billing, and completed sessions.
- Data & Reporting: Conduct status verification for work anniversaries and prepare liquidations for events and initiatives.
- Department Initiatives: Help plan and execute monthly department meetings, icebreakers, and engagement activities.
- Regional Meet-ups: Support in arranging team buildings, coffee meet-ups, and co-working sessions.
- Partnership: Provide administrative support for partner programs.

- Processor: Intel Core i3 / Ryzen 3 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD equivalent.
- RAM: 8 GB or higher.
- Storage: Minimum of 112 GB.
- Internet Speed: At least 20 Mbps for both download and upload speeds.
