Paraplanner (Internal, WFH) | AU Experience Essential

What you’ll do

• Craft audit-ready SOAs/ROAs with accurate, traceable calcs
• Turn strategy into client-friendly narratives that meet AU compliance & disclosure standards
• Call providers to verify fees/features and capture disclosures precisely
• Compare platforms; document fee/feature/performance rationale
• Collaborate across advice & ops; step in to help teammates and close loops fast
• Maintain templates/SOPs to lift first-pass rate and reduce TAT

What you bring

• Essential: Demonstrated experience in Australian financial planning/paraplanning
• Tool-smart: Plutosoft, CRM (which ones), Xplan/AdviserLogic/Midwinter; strong Excel/Sheets
• Storyteller + stickler: impeccable data accuracy, file notes, and record-keeping
• Team player: proactive, comfortable making calls, deadline/KPI-reliable
• Nice to have: RG146 (preferred, not required); excellent written English
