Shift pattern: Mid-shift – 4pm MNL to 1am MNL
Working Model: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

We operate a hybrid working model, with a split of days being in the office and days being worked at home. Pepper Money has three offices across the UK and one office in Manila, where this role will be based.
What you will be doing
As a Lending Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of mortgage applications. You’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including document handling, data entry, and responding to enquiries, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service.
You’ll work closely with brokers, intermediaries, and internal teams to ensure all application requirements are met efficiently. Your proactive approach will help drive performance, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and contribute to a seamless customer journey.
This is a dynamic role that requires a flexible mindset, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What we are looking for
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in customer service and ideally some experience in mortgage or specialist lending. You’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in mortgage or specialist lending (advantageous)
- Strong customer service background and passion for delivering great service
- Familiarity with the DPR system and broker/customer journey (preferred)
- Knowledge of FCA regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
