We are seeking a creative and innovative Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging educational experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, user experience principles, and educational technology to create impactful learning solutions that drive learner engagement and achievement.

What You'll Do
Design and develop interactive learning experiences and curricula
Conduct learner needs analysis and performance assessments
Create multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive modules
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Utilize learning management systems and authoring tools
Test and iterate learning solutions based on feedback
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
Experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.)
Strong understanding of learning theories and adult learning principles
Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia production
Excellent project management and communication skills
