Legal Manager

The Legal Manager provides legal and compliance support to LH Paragon, Inc. (“Company”).

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Prepares drafts and/or reviews various agreements, contracts, resolutions, and documents for the Company.
2. Monitors and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, whether national or local in all aspects of the Company’s operations.
3. Ensures all the Company’s transactions and procedures comply with corporate laws and regulations, including preparing for necessary documents for compliance.
4. Represents the Company in legal and administrative proceedings.
5. Undertakes additional tasks as assigned periodically or as needed.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in law; Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent.
• Must be a Bar passer.
• Experience in the practice of law for at least three (3) years.
• Excellent knowledge of Civil Law, Commercial Law, and Labor Law.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and flexible manner.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately while adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
