LEGAL ASSOCIATE COORDINATOR

Role Overview

• Files corporate reportorial requirements and renewal of corporate licenses at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Obtains specific data and certification of corporate documents at the designated government agency
• Files and submits tax forms and facilitates payment of real estate properties
• Processes corporate amendments, new corporations, articles of incorporation, increase in capital stock and certificate of Good Standing at the SEC
• Performs liaison work / physical filing of legal documents/networking in trial appellate courts, government agencies, local government units and other agencies
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• With at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Legal Admin
• Good written and oral English communication skills, ability to build strong working relationships, ability to build good personnel relations
