Duties and Responsibilities
- Look for potential clients
- Meeting prospective clients and make tours of available units
- Prepare leasing documents/proposals to be presented to prospective clients
- Prepare Contract of Lease
- Make sure that available and vacant units are updated
- Keep track of existing clients’ expiration of contract and propose a contract for renewal
- Make sure that clients pay their dues on time
- Make negotiations with existing clients and prospective clients
- Advertise and promote available units to different social media platforms, publications, and use of other advertising tools
Qualifications
- A graduate of any business related course
- At least 2-3 years of experience in leasing
- Good written and oral communication
- Proof that you have enough experience in this field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good customer service skills
