Qualifications
Educational Attainment

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required. At least 1 year of experience in the field is necessary.

Job Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

a. Manage petty cash.

b. Process petty cash requests and replenish them promptly.

c. Receive cash payments from clients and issue an official receipt.

d. Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions.

e. Generate and issue system cash receipts for received payments.

f. Optimizing Cash Advances' replenishment and processing closure is essential for efficient financial management.

g. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
h. Perform tasks assigned by the superior/head.

Skills Requirement

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards, Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
