What You’ll Do -
Experienced and highly organized Integrated Marketing Lead Specialist to join our Global Demand Generation team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and launching new candidate conversion sources through a variety of innovative marketing tactics. This includes the exploration and launch of new social media channels, such as WhatsApp and voice marketing, as well as expanding our email marketing efforts.
You will play a critical role in coordinating complex marketing projects, conducting independent research, and setting realistic deadlines to ensure successful project execution. Your ability to shift projects to the appropriate groups for further development and identify new opportunities will be crucial.
You’ll also be responsible for nurturing and building a sense of community and awareness among employees. This involves encouraging and guiding employees to post on social media, thus enhancing brand awareness and recognition. You will create content for various projects, such as email campaigns or internal communications to brand ambassadors. You’ll be a part of a dynamic and innovative global team focused on talent attraction and brand awareness.
You'll report to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Talent Attraction Team. You’ll contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of TTEC's talent marketing strategies.

During a Typical Day, You’ll
- Identify, research, and launch new candidate conversion sources through various marketing tactics.
- Spearhead the launch and management of new social media channels, including WhatsApp and voice marketing.
- Coordinate complex marketing projects, ensuring alignment with overall talent attraction goals.
- Set realistic deadlines and manage project timelines effectively, shifting projects to the correct teams when necessary.
- Conduct independent research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends.
- Create content for email campaigns, internal communications, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Foster and build a strong community and brand awareness among employees, encouraging social media participation.
- Develop and manage employee advocacy programs, promoting active participation in company branding.
- Analyze and report on social media and marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve brand recognition.
- Encourage innovation and experimentation in marketing tactics to drive new candidate conversions.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with TTEC’s brand messaging and identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Sr. Demand Generation Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Over-communicate progress, challenges, and results in English, maintaining clear and consistent communication across all levels.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies, sharing insights with the team to foster continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of experience in talent marketing, multi-channel marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing and launching successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to set KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Experience in content creation, particularly for email marketing and internal communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong research skills and the ability to independently identify and develop new marketing strategies.
- Experience in nurturing online communities and driving brand awareness through employee engagement.
- Highly self-sufficient, with the ability to anticipate project needs and proactively address challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on clear and detailed reporting in English.
- Experience with remote work and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment.
- Experience learning brand new complex systems (I.e. e-mail campaigns, content management)
