Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage and coordinate email communications.
- Organize and maintain files in Google Drive.
- Create and update documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Work with the Operations Director to keep projects organized and on track using Asana.
- Monitor task deadlines and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in streamlining and documenting workflows and processes.
- Review and make minor amendments to marketing copy.
- Proofread and format content to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate on ideas to enhance content quality.
- Liaise with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Director on task and project status.
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides).
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
- (Preferred) Background in marketing or content writing.
- Flexible, remote work environment.
