In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Use advanced analytics tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize complex data sets such as materials, chemical data, supplier and parts, BOMs, and other product-related data.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and reports that track compliance metrics and performance data.
- Extract, consolidate, manipulate, and cleanse large and complex data sets using standard queries and tools to ensure the accuracy of data stored in the compliance system or databases.
- Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for manual and repetitive PEC tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
- Conduct training for users and internal collaborators on newly implemented tools, systems, and workflows.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, automation, or process improvement roles.
- Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI).
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, and macros/scripts).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC, VSM).
