This role combines strong analytical capabilities with automation expertise to optimize PEC processes, improve compliance processes, and streamline reporting by using data analytics, automation tools, and new technologies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Use advanced analytics tools to interpret, analyze, and visualize complex data sets such as materials, chemical data, supplier and parts, BOMs, and other product-related data.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) and reports that track compliance metrics and performance data.
  • Extract, consolidate, manipulate, and cleanse large and complex data sets using standard queries and tools to ensure the accuracy of data stored in the compliance system or databases.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated solutions for manual and repetitive PEC tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) or automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Conduct training for users and internal collaborators on newly implemented tools, systems, and workflows.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, automation, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, and macros/scripts).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., PDCA, DMAIC, VSM).
