Key Duties

Testing & Automation

• Perform thorough manual testing of software applications with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases to ensure smooth functionality across web and mobile platforms.
• Build and maintain automated E2E tests using Cypress and API tests using APIdog.
• Coordinate with front-end teams to ensure markup updates support automated testing.
  
  
  

Agile & Scrum

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and code reviews, offering valuable feedback to enhance performance and maintainability.
  
  
  

Troubleshooting & Collaboration

• Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and resolve bugs quickly.
• Translate business needs into robust test cases with the product team.
• Resolve integration issues, particularly around Zoom/Teams integrations and WebRTC functionality.
• Manage and track defect resolution through collaboration and persistence.
  
  
  

Leadership & Process Management

• Mentor and guide QA team members through technical support, 1:1s, and WIN-WIN reviews.
• Allocate tasks and resources, ensuring team efficiency.
• Maintain all test documentation, including test cases and scripts.
• Improve QA processes continuously using AI agents and emerging tools.
  
  
  

Tooling & Support

• Lead initial support for GTM product launches.
• Assess and adopt new testing tools and methodologies regularly.
  
  
  

AI Utilization and Implementation

• Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills & Experience

• Familiar with WebRTC, Zoom/Teams integrations, and API authentication (OAuth 2.0).
• Basic understanding of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong grasp of QA methodologies, with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
  
  
  

Essential Skills

• Proficient in languages like JavaScript, Python, PHP, or C# with experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Strong attention to detail in identifying bugs, validating fixes, and ensuring product quality.
• Effective in Agile teams with solid documentation and clear reporting skills.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in QA, specifically in web and mobile application testing
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or Appium, Katalon Studio and BrowserStack.
• Proficient in or open to leveraging AI tools to enhance test automation, bug detection, and QA efficiency.
• Has worked on AI Powered Application
• Has experience using latest AI Coding assistant tools.
