KYC Officer Philippines (morning/evening)

Cybertexex provides automated solutions for KYC, watchlist screening, behaviour analytics, and regulatory compliance, tailored for digital businesses worldwide.

We are looking for a 1st Line KYC Officer, meaning you’ll be the very first point of review in our KYC process. In this role, you’ll ensure our clients’ compliance with various regulations by checking the quality of our automated systems and analyzing or correcting graphical and numerical data. Your work will be a crucial first layer of defense in building a safer world.

What do we expect from the ideal candidate?

• Conversational English;
• Strong analytical skills and experience with AML software and tools;
• At least 2 years of experience in KYC compliance and forgery detection, including customer due diligence and customer identification;
• Prior experience in a financial institution with a focus on fraud detection and AML is a plus;
• Proficient PC user;
• Has a computer with a stable home Internet connection at high speed (above 50mbps);
• Has required equipment (a laptop/PC and a headset) and a quiet place to perform tasks;
• Has developed logical thinking skills and quickly adapts to changes;
• Can navigate a large amount of information and is attentive to detail;
• Not afraid of monotony.
