Southern Unicoast Innoventure Corporation is a growing distributor of canned tuna meals based in Mandaue City, Cebu. We are seeking motivated Key Account Specialist-MT preferably with experience in food sales to grow the business and expand new customer base in the communities we choose to be in.

Responsible for moving goods from one location to another that commonly work with large quantities of products that need to be delivered to multiple locations in coordination with the Distributor on that specific area.

Job Description:

  1. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company through effective sales strategies.
  2. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers and Modern Trade accounts to ensure product availability and visibility.
  3. Product Promotion: Implementing promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  4. Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth, market trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Training and Support: Providing training, support, and guidance to distributors and their sales teams to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  6. Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels at distributor and retailer locations to prevent stock out and meet demand.
  7. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  8. Reporting: Generating sales reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a distributor or wholesale environment, FMCG products
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.
  3. Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with distributors and retailers.
  4. Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
  5. Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to achieve common goals.
  6. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  7. Familiar in Whole Cebu
