Your Responsibilities
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align strategies and objectives for major accounts.
- Market Liaison: Potentially engage with leasing departments of malls to optimize product placement and visibility.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor account performance metrics, analyze sales data, and report findings to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement comprehensive account-specific strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for experience in the beauty industry.
- Key Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of key account management principles, particularly from major brands in FMCG.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and account performance to identify growth opportunities.
