What role will you play?
As a System Administrator for the organisation’s Recruitment Applicant Tracking System, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks, including managing daily operations and providing ongoing support, addressing both user and system-level issues. Additionally, you will be involved in implementing system configurations and customisations, as well as assisting with various projects aimed at releasing new features.

What You Offer
- 2 years of System Administration experience or Level 2 Support experience in managing applications or services
- Familiarity with ITIL practices or experience in managing IT Incident and Change Management
- A proven ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Avature or a similar Applicant Tracking System or HRIS is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
