Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, writing, and editing content for social media, websites, press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with program teams to produce content that highlights program milestones, impact stories, and key initiatives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of BPI Foundation’s social media channels, including drafting captions, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and tracking performance.
  • Provide communications support for BPI Foundation activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, creatives, media partners, and other vendors as needed; assist with procurement requests related to communications.
  • Prepare regular reports summarizing performance, highlights, and updates across BPIF.
  • Support internal communications, presentations, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in communications, PR, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills (both English and Filipino).
  • Familiarity with managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and tools like Meta Business Suite.
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for social impact, community development, and advocacy work.
