Junior Security Officer

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Monitoring the property and conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of guests, employees, and assets.
• Responding promptly to security-related incidents and emergencies with professionalism and discretion.
• Assisting with the implementation and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
• Keeping accurate records by documenting incidents, activities, and reports.
• Supporting crowd control and maintaining order during events and peak hours.
• Collaborating with other departments to address safety concerns and enhance the overall guest experience.
  
  

What We need from you:

• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Basic knowledge of security systems, equipment, and protocols.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional attention to detail and reliability in following through on tasks.
• Previous experience in a security role is a plus, but a commitment to learning and growth is essential.
