About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our esteemed butler service team. As a CDP - Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our discerning guests, ensuring their every need is met with the utmost discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, providing personalized and attentive service.
• Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals, beverages, and snacks with elegance and precision.
• Room Service: Efficiently deliver room service orders, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Guest Room Maintenance: Assist with maintaining guest rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
• Special Requests: Handle special requests and personalized services, such as packing and unpacking luggage or arranging transportation.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Knowledge of Wines and Spirits: Possess a strong understanding of wines, spirits, and cocktails to provide expert recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a CDP or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Discreet and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of table service etiquette and fine dining protocols.
