Staff Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our private clinic team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about patient care, dedicated to providing exceptional service, and committed to supporting our holistic and integrative approach to health.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, performing routine assessments, and managing patient documentation.
• Schedule appointments or calls to check on patient, address concerns, and adjust the treatment plan if necessary.
• Work closely with our doctor and other healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients on health management, wellness, and preventive care practices.
• Prepare and assist in IV nutrition therapy session and provide after care.
• Administer vaccine and other treatment injections via home service or in the clinic.
• Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, health regulations, and best practice standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Perform other admin roles.

2. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed by the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC).
• Newly licensed or with previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
