A Junior Architect is responsible for assisting the senior architect in monitoring building projects from all phases of the architectural work including planning, designing, and overseeing the construction.

Job Responsibilities:

Creates building designs and highly detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) applications for new structures.
Creates alterations to building design to existing structures and site development.
Occasionally visits the construction site to make sure the design is being followed and met.

Other Tasks

Assists in preparing all the needed building permit documents.
Willing to travel and able to stay longer (2-3 months) in different locations.
