JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 Year(s) of successful work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Required Skill(s): Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM Software.
  • With experience implementing and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Solid Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong customer service and support skills.
  • Has the ability to address concerns/issues under pressure.
  • With strong background in financing industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist in development and execution of all Marketing Strategies, by:

  • Establishing targeted customer and industry partnership networks.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the target market's needs / preferences / touchpoints
  • Write and produce presentations, articles, press releases and social media copies
  • Develop creative and relevant executions of planned marketing efforts
  • Work in close collaboration with Digital Marketing
  • Manager to ensure cohesiveness of campaign executions
  • Build relationship and rapport with the media and company partners
  • Speaking publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports to immediate superior.

Monitor Client Acquisition Cost per Marketing Spend, by:

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Keeping records of progress, budgets and timescales, and keeping colleagues updated

Supervising and Training District Marketing Officers, by:

1. Train and Monitor District Marketing Officers’ performance and perform scheduled evaluations

2. Regularly meet and align with DMOs for updates

3. Provide counseling and professional guidance to DMOs
