We are looking for a Jr Backend Developer to join our company.

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and optimize backend systems to support large volumes of payment transactions.
- Integrate with third-party providers through REST APIs and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure code quality and scalability using Java and Spring Boot Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and requirements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain backend systems for maximum performance and reliability.
- Basic experience in backend development.
- Exposure to any backend language or framework (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, PHP, etc.), ideally with some experience or interest in Java.
- Willingness to learn Java and Spring Boot Framework.
- Interest in the fintech industry and curiosity about how payment systems work.
- Familiarity with relational databases; basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and enthusiasm for learning about system integrations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
