Japanese Client Service Representative B2B

Schedule: 1 pm to 4 pm MNL (3 hours)

Type: Freelance Part-Time (with the potential to lead to Full-Time)

Are you a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual proficient in English and Japanese (N1 level)? Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we want you to join our team as a B2B Client Service Representative in the Philippines!

In this position, you will attend to Japanese-speaking clients in their native language, making this an excellent opportunity to use and improve your Japanese skills. You will also have the opportunity to assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by understanding their needs and addressing their concerns promptly
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
• Attend to Japanese-speaking clients in their native language
  
  

Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with a strong track record of resolving issues and providing excellent customer service
• Candidates should demonstrate expertise in working with other businesses and relevant sales, management, or customer service skills
• Proficient in Japanese at N1 level (native speaker)
• Kanji language requirement. Fluency in the Japanese language, including knowledge of Kanji characters, is necessary for this role.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undergo an N1 assessment
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  

Mandatory Pre-requisites

• Must have their own laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
• Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
• Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.
