We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for an IT Support Staff to join our team. Responsibility

  • Resolve customers enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external source and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.
  • Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning
  • Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects
  • Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
  • Provide on-site and online training and assistance to users of Cartrack application systems
  • Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue internally and externally
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and skills


Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or related course.
  • Open for Fresh Graduates or with 1 year of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin to handle customer queries
  • Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
  • Can work onsite in Makati City, Philippines
