About The Role

The Employee Experience Officer provides support in ensuring that employees’ needs, requests, and service incidents related to HCM are addressed within the service level agreement. The role will also continuously work with HCM teams to improve processes, technology, and performance to provide a great employee experience.

How You'll Contribute

  • Provides support to the Employee Experience Unit Head in implementing work approaches for the Employee Experience team ensuring that operational efficiency is achieved
  • Engages with employees in all levels and other stakeholders who use HCM technology, employing a high degree of tact and diplomacy to promote a positive image of the HCM Team. Resolves query / problem situations in a professional manner. Accurately communicates key information to support a work environment that is simple and progressive
  • Isolates problem trends and ensures that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found
  • Builds and maintains a central source of information/ knowledge management enabling the Employee Experience Team and HCM specialists for process alignment
  • Provides support to the Employee Experience Unit Head in developing new and continuously improve existing Employee Experience Desk resource guides based on bank objectives, security policies and takes the team’s performance to the next level
  • Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting aids are completed and continually modified to meet the needs of the department.
  • Provides support to the Employee Experience Unit Head day-to-day management of the Employee Experience Team who are Subject matter expert/s to manage all Level 1 queries & requests relating to employee policy and processes in HCM such as:
  • Employee policy, FAQs and support for HCM life cycle activities, announcements in HCM
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system issues encountered with HCM applications
  • Enable employees with relevant information campaigns on HCM policies and processes
  • Manage content for HCM System Chatbot – Helpdesk working with other teams

What We're Looking For

  • With at least 1 - 4 years of related experience
  • With relevant experience in handling employee experience or helpdesk function
  • With functional knowledge of HR processes
