Role

In this role, your mission is to keep every device and software tracked and ready so the whole team can work without disruption. You will make a direct impact by:

• Maintaining accurate records and managing inventory across hardware and software assets
• Coordinating with couriers and vendors for asset deliveries, warranties, and disposal
• Supporting audits by aligning asset data with financial and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting users with service requests
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have 2–5 years managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle
• You have a strong background in asset tracking, inventory control, and logistics coordination
• You have experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Exposure to outsourcing or BPO is a plus
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• You are proficient with inventory and asset management tools
• You have excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• You have high attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• You have the ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week, night shift (PH Time)
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• High integrity and accountability in handling company assets
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with AI tools or software for workflow optimization
• Background in outsourcing/shared services environments
• Experience supporting audits and compliance efforts
