Your role will be a critical part of daily operations and growth strategy, focusing on three key areas:

Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.
Your role will be a critical part of daily operations and growth strategy, focusing on three key areas:
- Phone Reception & Dispatch: This is the immediate priority due to current staffing needs. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling all incoming calls. Your duties include dispatching calls to the right team members, taking accurate and detailed messages, and quickly learning our team structure to ensure smooth communication.
- Business Development Support: You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager. Your support will be vital to our growth, managing a database of prospects, following up on leads, preparing management agreements using Zip Forms, and handling new client onboarding paperwork.
- Database Management: You will be responsible for maintaining our database of prospects, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Critical Thinking Skills: You must be able to solve problems and make decisions independently.
- 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record ofproviding exceptional service.
- 2+ Years of Sales or Business Development Experience: Experience with lead management and client onboarding is a huge plus.
- Pleasing, Upbeat Personality: You are the voice of our company, and a positive, can-do attitude is a must.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

- $5-$7/hour
