IT Applications Analyst, Power Platform

Position Summary: Regal Rexnord’s IT Applications Analyst for Power Platform solutions will configure and enhance our global Power Platform applications and CoPilot based solutions. Candidate will accomplish this through requirements gathering, analysis and solution design, development and configuration using Microsoft Power Platform and CoPilot technologies, validating solution quality, providing training, and managing expectations of internal associates. Additionally, you will resolve bugs as they are reported by users Major Responsibilities:

• Works with end users to document business objectives and detailed requirements for Power Platform and CoPilot based applications.
• Implements system enhancements and new Power Apps and ensures proper testing and training prior to rollout.
• Maintains technical documentation as changes are implemented.
• Support business teams to identify potential areas for digitization / automation and implement required solutions to improve productivity.
• Serve as a Microsoft Power Platform champion for Regal’s global businesses, especially Power Apps and Power Automate (Flow), and provides Regal colleagues with training and best practices.
• Drives user adoption of Regal’s Power Platform tools by supporting champions within the company.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (business or technology concentration preferred)
• 12-18 months of experience developing Power Apps and Power Automate workflows (Power BI experience also preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and experience developing both model-driven apps and canvas apps using variety of data sources and targets
• Experience designing/developing solutions that span multiple Office 365 services (preferred)
• Ability to work cross functionally with a focus on developing the best long-term solution for the business
