Your Role

To support the financial reporting, management analysis and controlling function across the cluster. To support Team Lead. To drive billing excellence and commercial issue resolution

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure on time and accurate billing.
• Chase on invoice approval and take corrective actions through EDI Troubleshooting.
• Statement of account management.
• Analyze, design, develop and implement simple to complex billing solutions
• To support senior team members in handling daily accounting operation and month-end closing.
• Provide assistance in resolving simple to complex commercial issues
• Coordinate with overseas offices for billing-related matters.
• Communicate with other departments and external parties about complex accounting issues.
  
  

Your Skills And Experiences

• Professional education or degree in Accounting
• Bachelor's Degree is desirable
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Finance and/or Marine Logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Finance system knowledge
• Attention to details and good numerical sense
• Team player
