  Manages cases received thru Shared Mailbox and Ho
• tline.Perform callouts according to the antifraud wor
• kflow.Review client information before and during calls using the Bank’s system and other resources provided by the depar
• tment.Conduct Initial Investigation of Cases Triggered or received from other depart
• ments.Communicate with clients or related parties with the main goal to proof correctness of
• data.Check correctness of triggers and filter it to which department it should be sent to p
• roccedEnsure that all data were gathered for the following End to End investig
• ation.Provides direct technical support to investigation, litigation, and forensic analyst to collect, preserves, process, analyze and interpret digital evidence from broad range of data available on open sources (social media,

etc).
Qualific

• ations:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or any related four year
