ABOUT US

GMAC Logitech Refrigeration Corporation (“GMAC”) was incorporated in 2021 to develop, maintain and operate cold storage facilities. Its Head Office is located at S-705 Royal Plaza Twin Towers, 648 Remedios St., Malate, Manila. GMAC is a joint venture between Glacier Megafridge, Inc. (“GMI”) and AC Logistics Holdings, Inc. (“ACL”). GMI operates nine (9) other cold storage facilities in Luzon and Visayas while ACL serves as Ayala’s vehicle for investments in the logistics sector including door-to-door service, international/domestic freight forwarding, warehousing and waste logistics management. GMAC established its first branch in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental in 2023. The CDO cold storage facility offers initially a 5,348-pallet space for its customers. It provides world class integrated logistics solutions for clients’ food products and other perishable goods. Food quality preservation and security are significant givens in the services that GMAC provides.

JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of this role is to process incoming and outgoing of stocks/products from clients through the warehouse management system and ensure per-record inventory versus physical inventory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible in monitoring inventory & physical count of stored products/goods.
2. Responsible in maintaining proper documentation of stored products/goods, and inventory of files &/or documents necessary to establish audit trail for both internal and external interests.
3. Responsible in preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports on expiry spoilage, wastage, losses of stored products/goods/activities related.
4. Responsible in ensuring timely and accurate submission of inventory reports.
5. Responsible in updating and maximizing the pallet utilization rate at all times.
6. Responsible in conducting physical count of products/goods/inventories and its reconciliation vs. actual client records.
7. Responsible in monitoring correct value and quantity of inventories in the warehouse management system.
8. Other duties inherent to the position and that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Degree graduate of any business course, accounting or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
3. Must be computer literate.
4. Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, holidays and weekends.
5. Preferably with work experience in cold storage operations.
6. Must have good communication and writing skills.
