This is a remote position.

We are seeking an Integration and Automation Specialist who is passionate about technology and eager to develop their skills in integration and automation tools, namely Mulesoft Software. The ideal candidate should be experienced and close to completing a qualification in this field and demonstrate a solid foundation in project management. You will play a critical role in keeping projects on track, holding team members accountable, and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions that align with Client’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and supporting integration projects using Mulesoft Automation Software including RPA.

• Manage project timelines and ensure accountability across internal stakeholders members to keep projects progressing as planned.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to prioritise ideas and initiatives from internal stakeholders, and work on their implementation in line with company goals.

• Learn and improve Client’s processes to benefit team members through automation.

• Participate in technical discussions and contribute ideas to improve system integration and automation processes.

• Document technical processes and support ongoing training and development within the internal team.

• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our technology stack, which includes Salesforce, Mulesoft, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Xero Practice Manager, Plutosoft, Hubspot, Wordpress and others



Requirements

• Experience with integration tools (preferably Mulesoft) or near completion of a qualification in this field, with plans for ongoing learning and certification.

• Proficient in project management with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and accountability effectively.

• Ability to work effectively within the Australian timezone.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to document and share technical and project management knowledge.

• A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on the latest technology solutions.

• Experience in a similar role within the finance or insurance sectors would be a benefit.

• Certification in Mulesoft or similar automation/integration platforms definitely a benefit.
