What You'll Do
1. Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary contact for clients and internal teams.
- Foster open communication and ensure all requirements are addressed and documented for superior service delivery.
2. Operational Coordination
- Streamline pre-mobilization activities, including checklists, reports, and essential operational documents.
- Maintain an accurate operations database covering equipment inventory, inspection schedules, and certifications.
3. Quality Assurance
- Uphold our commitment to excellence by ensuring quality documents and records are audit-ready.
- Act as the deputy quality representative during internal and external quality audits.
4. Financial Oversight
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage invoicing and accounts payable efficiently.
- Ensure timely billing and accurate record-keeping to support financial transparency.
5. Vendor Management
- Oversee supplier performance, ensuring they align with our operational and business needs.
- Drive cost-effective procurement while maintaining a strong network of reliable suppliers.
6. Team and Resource Management
- Keep personnel records up to date, including attendance, expenses, and training plans.
- Ensure 100% availability of equipment and resources through meticulous planning and monitoring.
What You Bring to the Team
Education and Experience
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in operations within the industries sector, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, resource processing, or extraction.
- At least 2 years of experience in inspections, QA/QC, or a related technical field.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office and internal systems like Flex and SuccessFactors.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
