Job Summary
What will make you successful?
- The Implementation Manager will be responsible in delivering the assigned output and/or activities as part of the department’s end-to-end delivery of solutions to the business needs of Branch Services and Support Segment.
- Deliver the required output for the assigned initiative.
- Develop test strategies, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that applications are behaving the way they are expected to function.
- Define and document the procedures and workflows.
- Act as liaison to stakeholders.
- Perform other roles in the SDLC, as needed.
- Conduct training of branch systems and processes.
- Review, analyze, and provide resolution/support on issues encountered in production.
- College graduate, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering background
- With working knowledge of business analysis and business process management
- With At least 2 years in the financial services industry
- Possesses critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- With effective communication skills and technical writing skills
- Able to learn fast and assimilate new learnings
- Resourceful and can work with minimum supervision
- With a “can-do” mindset
