Job Summary

  • The Implementation Manager will be responsible in delivering the assigned output and/or activities as part of the department’s end-to-end delivery of solutions to the business needs of Branch Services and Support Segment.

How will you contribute?

  • Deliver the required output for the assigned initiative.
  • Develop test strategies, test cases, and conduct testing to ensure that applications are behaving the way they are expected to function.
  • Define and document the procedures and workflows.
  • Act as liaison to stakeholders.
  • Perform other roles in the SDLC, as needed.
  • Conduct training of branch systems and processes.
  • Review, analyze, and provide resolution/support on issues encountered in production.


  • What will make you successful?

    • College graduate, preferably Business or Industrial Engineering background
    • With working knowledge of business analysis and business process management
    • With At least 2 years in the financial services industry
    • Possesses critical thinking, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
    • With effective communication skills and technical writing skills
    • Able to learn fast and assimilate new learnings
    • Resourceful and can work with minimum supervision
    • With a “can-do” mindset
