Job Summary:
The Token Migration Implementation Analyst will be responsible for the conversion or migration of token data across different platforms, services, or portfolios, including individual client projects. This role involves executing token migration projects in alignment with the team’s established processes and procedures. The position requires maintaining close relationships and interactions with various teams at Authorize.net and Cybersource throughout the implementation process to ensure seamless execution and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that Authorize.net and Cybersource platform migration projects are thoroughly understood and meet all token migration prerequisites and requirements
- Coordinate and maintain a consistent approach to merchant onboarding or separation, including the communication of formalized implementation, portfolio migration, and supporting processes
- Deliver repeatable and process-focused solutions
- Create and manage key documentation such as procedures, templates, flow documents, and best practices for enablement
- Oversee overall project tasks, timelines, and reporting to ensure on-time and high-quality implementations
- Assist various teams, including Product & Technology, Client Services (CS), and Sales, in reviewing and defining roles and responsibilities, client communication channels, rules of engagement, and cross-team procedures for all Authorize.net and Cybersource support and implementation engagements
- Provide token migration project support to key partners of Authorize.net and Cybersource, including integration guidance, mitigation and remediation planning, troubleshooting and resolution, and general project consultation
- Offer project-specific implementation and product knowledge and requirements to customer-facing teams as needed to ensure consistently excellent customer service
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of all Authorize.net and Cybersource integrations, products, and services through supplemental training and self-managed education
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
•2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
•3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
•Proficient in program management and project management, with experience using industry tools, data reporting, and application support
•Demonstrated ability to solve technical integration problems
•Strong capability to articulate complex topics to diverse audiences
•Proven ability to effectively strategize and prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives
•Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and influence relationships across various levels of the organization
•Ability to navigate ambiguity and handle complex concepts
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
•A self-starter with strong organizational skills, adept at resolution management and proactive reporting
•A strong background in data analytics is preferred
•Experience with Authorize.Net, Cybersource, payments, PCI compliance, and risk mitigation methodologies is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and time management skills
