Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate (diploma/certificate required)
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, shifts, and extended hours
• Can START IMMEDIATELY
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience required

• Address customer complaints and inquiries, providing timely solutions
• Build trust and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain records of customer interactions and manage accounts
• Adhere to communication procedures and policies
