Human Resources Specialist - Global

As an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Global operations. You are responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing employee records, and assisting in processing payroll of Manila COE. You will serve as the primary point of contact for Manila-based employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to both company policies and local labor laws.
This role demands a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and an in-depth comprehension of HR processes. Furthermore, you'll extend your support to the APAC executive team by efficiently managing their visa-related expenses and orchestrating seamless travel and accommodation arrangements.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS software to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare and maintain various HR documents, including but not limited to new hire guides, employment contracts, promotions, transfers, and termination paperwork.
  • Manage documentation related to employee performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Review, revise, and update company policies
  • Act as the point of contact for employee queries related to HR matters and assist in resolving issues internally whenever possible.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including data entry and addressing payroll-related queries.
  • Serve as the point of contact for timekeeping tool requests and activities.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for employees
  • Encode and update expenses for the executive team.
  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, including handling final payments and ensuring the return of company property.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain APAC employee directory
  • Monitor and update reports such as starters and leavers, and employee analytics platform, to ensure accuracy and validity of information
  • Request and monitor onboarding activities for new hires
