Kudosity is seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Philippines BPO team.
How you’ll make an impact
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, and with a dotted line to the Managing Director, you will provide coaching and support to our team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and culture alignment.
Additionally, you will partner closely with our AU People & Culture team to co-develop and implement the People & Culture strategy across key areas including onboarding, talent management, culture, engagement, and HR operations. Driving innovation, and best HR practice, this role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery across the HR lifecycle to deliver on our People & Culture strategic priorities.
What you’ll do
HR Operations
- Alongside the BPO HR BP, manage HR operations for the Philippines BPO team, and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to by all team members.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing facilities and coordinating with our BPO customer success team.
People & Culture Strategy
- Partner with the AU People & Culture team to co-develop the People & Culture strategy, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure the effective delivery of the strategy across key HR functions, including onboarding, talent management, performance management, culture, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Director of P&C and Managing Director to ensure the strategy meets the needs of both local and global teams.
HR Operations
- Alongside the BPO HR BP, manage HR operations for the Philippines BPO team, and oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to by all team members.
- Continuously assess and improve HR processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations at the office, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently, including managing facilities and coordinating with our BPO customer success team.
Talent Management & Development
- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for the Philippines BPO team.
- Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth.
- Foster a culture of learning and development, providing opportunities for team members to grow and advance in their careers.
- Work closely with line managers to develop and implement performance management processes that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BPO team, using data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Provide regular feedback and performance reviews, ensuring that all team members understand their goals and how they contribute to the overall success of the company.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion company values and culture, ensuring they are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a sense of belonging and commitment among team members.
- Take a lead on employee surveys for the region, using insights to inform and improve HR strategies.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in HR and Operations, with a focus on managing remote or BPO teams.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws in the Philippines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive HR initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Alignment with company values, including a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Passionate about employee engagement, development, and creating a supportive work environment.
- Ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures, specifically with both Philippine and Australian teams.
