We are looking for an organized and resourceful HR Administrator to manage a wide range of HR-related tasks, supporting both employees and management with various human resource needs. This role is essential for maintaining efficient HR operations and includes handling recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll, benefits, and supporting HR case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Records & Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases with employee records, attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
  • Recruitment & Hiring Support: Assist with posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing offer letters.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including preparing contracts, policies, and conducting orientation. Manage offboarding processes, ensuring the return of assets and conducting exit interviews.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Prepare payroll data, input information accurately, and assist with payroll processing. Administer employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans, and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • HR Case Management: Assist with HR-related cases, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and complaints. Maintain accurate records and follow protocols to ensure compliance and resolution.
  • Performance Management Support: Assist in organizing performance evaluations, tracking performance records, and following up on development plans.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement: Promote a positive work environment by supporting engagement initiatives, events, and employee recognition programs. Address and escalate employee concerns and support conflict resolution.
  • Policy Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all HR practices align with labor laws and company policies. Update HR policies as needed and communicate updates to employees.
  • Training & Development Coordination: Schedule and organize training sessions, track employee training completion, and help develop training materials.
  • Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance records, process leave requests, and ensure accurate leave balances in compliance with policies.
  • HR-Related Case Documentation: Document all HR-related cases meticulously, ensuring confidentiality and completeness, and follow up on progress and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and record-keeping skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS software.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with labor laws, HR practices, and case management procedures.
