Liaison Officer

Job description

Responsibilities

• Report to the HR Manager and Management.
• Secures all the pre and post-permits, clearances, and licenses of all new sites
• Coordinates with Engineering for the building plans and all of the requirements concerning construction
• Provide weekly reports to the Management
• Inquire with the LGUs regarding the project's business and occupancy permit requirements.
• Responsible to submit all the needed requirements to any designated LGUs
• Assist administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in the position
• Must have experience in processing of permits with various government agencies.
• Must be flexible and willing to do field work and visit different offices.
• Highly motivated and with Initiative

Skills

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
• Must be resourceful, detail-oriented and has good negotiation skills.
• Must be able to understand and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
• Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
