Work hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Sydney Time

Compensation range: AU$3,500 - AU$4,000/month

About The Role

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play a critical role in optimising and leveraging the full potential of HubSpot across Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams. Your expertise in HubSpot Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub will be essential in configuring and customising the platform to improve new business acquisition, client retention efforts, and overall efficiency. As an expert in workflows, automation, and RevOps, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot across all departments. You will stay updated with the latest Hubspot trends and best practices to ensure our client's in-house implementation is always at the cutting edge.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Service teams to configure HubSpot to meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to alert them on current gaps within their workflow, how to improve these gaps, and ultimately drive better outcomes (increased quality of MQLs, increased client retention, deal won conversion rates, upsells/cross-sells etc)
  • Optimise lead tracking and reporting, ensuring MQLs, deals won, and pipeline creation are accurately attributed to lead sources.
  • Automate processes for lead follow-up and deal tracking, minimise response time and maximise conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing teams to set up upsell and cross-sell campaigns using third-party email banner marketing tools.
  • Support in setting up customer satisfaction (CSAT) features, tracking CSAT by account manager and team, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create and manage workflows for account management, including retention pipeline management, churn analysis, and onboarding tracking.
  • Integrate HubSpot with finance systems for seamless invoicing and deal tracking.
  • Facilitate integrations of external tools such as ClickUp, DocuSign, Xero, and other systems with HubSpot for enhanced productivity and collaboration.
  • Implement and manage ticketing systems for customer requests and complaints to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, preferably within a B2B digital marketing agency setting.
  • Expertise in HubSpot’s Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. This person will be the internal Hubspot guru!
  • Strong reporting, data segmentation, and dashboarding capabilities.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Xero, ClickUp, Productive, etc.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or other automation platforms.
  • Basic API or developer knowledge is a plus.
  • Commercially minded with a strategic, results-oriented approach.
  • Confident communicator who can collaborate across departments and push back when needed.
  • Highly proactive and solutions-focused.
